DOs AND DON’Ts IF YOU VISIT WITH YOUR PET...

MOST of our guests come to the island with no pet. However on some occasions during cooler months, we consider small (under 20 pounds), house trained and well behaving pets. By booking with us, you confirm that you have familiarized yourself with the below house rules and you agree to follow them. You also confirm that your pet is housebroken, non shedding, fully vaccinated, and has no flea and tick ongoing issues. Please also see the Hilton Head Beach Rules. Please note that we fully trust our guests and therefore we do not take a pet deposit. Should your pet cause any damage, please inform us as soon as possible, so we and the housekeeping crew are fully aware.

To respect other vacationers who might have allergies to our furry friends, we ask that you follow some simple rules:

- Do not allow your pet on the beds, sofas and other furniture
- Do not allow your pet in the bedrooms
- There are showers, hose available by the beach where your pet can be washed
- Do not wash your pet in the condo shower, sinks or bathtub as this clogs the drains
- Use the water hose by the front door or at the patio to wash your pet's feet
- Do not use any of the villa’s towels on your pet under any circumstances
- Keep your pet on a leash at all times when outdoors
- Keep your pet away from lagoons which are alligators’ habitats. Accidents do happen!!!
- Pick up after your pet
- Bring your pet’s bed, towels and anything else (crate?) your pet might need
- Be respectful of the neighbors and quiet times
- Please follow the beach rules as displayed at the beach access

PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE YOUR PET ALONE IN THE VILLA !
